Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your tires. If something is not right, here is how returns and exchanges work. Last updated October 2026.
30-day returns
You can return tires within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange if they are new, unused and unmounted, with no mounting marks, scuffs, chalk marks or tread wear, and in their original condition. Tires that have been mounted or driven on cannot be returned unless they are defective (see below).
Return shipping and restocking fee
Return shipping is free: we send you a prepaid return label. A $25 restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to our error or a defective product, and it is deducted from your refund.
Defective or damaged tires
If your tires arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the tires or refund you in full with no restocking fee. Manufacturer warranty claims on tires that have been installed are handled through the tire manufacturer and your installer; we will help you start the claim.
Wrong tire shipped
If we shipped the wrong tire, we will make it right at no cost to you and with no restocking fee.
How to start a return

- We will confirm your return and send instructions. Please do not ship tires back without contacting us first.
- Pack the tires securely and ship them as instructed. Keep your tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges and installation fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you paid over time with Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay, the refund goes through that provider.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible tires for a different size or model. If the new tires cost more, you pay the difference; if they cost less, we refund the difference. The $25 restocking fee applies to exchanges that are not due to our error.
